POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as One-on-One tutor, experts and professionals in their fields. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and make a meaningful impact on students and customers’ learning and career journeys. You can work in the following categories:

APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Submit Your Application: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your qualifications and experience.
2. Initial Screening: Once we receive your application, our HR team will review your qualifications and experience to determine if you meet the requirements for the position. If you are selected to move forward, you will be contacted to schedule an initial screening interview.
3. Interview Process: During the interview process, you will have the opportunity to showcase your teaching, mentoring skills, discuss your approach to tutoring, and demonstrate your passion for being selected. We may conduct one or more interviews, depending on the volume of applicants and the needs of our team.
4. Background Check: As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, all candidates who are offered a tutoring position will be required to undergo a background check. This may include verification of academic credentials, employment history, and any relevant certifications.
5. Training and Onboarding: Upon successful completion of the interview process and background check, you will undergo training and onboarding to familiarize yourself with our platform, policies, and procedures. Our team will provide you with the support and resources you need to succeed in your role at Advice Corners.
6. Start Working: Once you have completed the onboarding process, you will be ready to start working on our platform. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and conduct one-on-one sessions with customers based on their needs and your availability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed or more than 2 years of pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the category you wish to tutor, or a related field.
- Proven Certificates, proves or achievements in the area you wish to guide.
- Basic Knowledge at tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students of varying ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection and basic computer knowledge.
- Required Language: English level B2 or higher, If Russian and other languages play for the benefit of your application.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring/consulting sessions with customers based on their academic or personal needs and goals based on notes
- Develop personalized session plans and instructional materials to cater to individual learning styles.
- Checking email and attending the monthly meeting with Advice Corners CEO.
